Family holidays park
Siblu (formerly Haven Europe) owns and operates 23 large family holiday parks in France and the Netherlands. Siblu’s holiday parks are located across Normandy, the Brittany coastline, the west of France, the Loire Valley, the Mediterranean coast, Zeeland and the Wadden Sea.
Challenges
- • Siblu has built a new booking website in 2022-2023 with the help of external companies
- • This website has been released successfully and obtained awards in 2023
- • Siblu is looking for a company to develop the post-booking customer interface that will enable it to centralize customers' past and future bookings, and generate more sales by proposing, in a complementary sales tunnel, new options and additional services when customers wish.
